Dr Lynne came to us with a wealth of the latest veterinary knowledge from the University of Melbourne. While many of us have our "niches," Lynne’s heart is firmly in Internal Medicine.
To her, a complicated case isn't a burden—it’s a puzzle. Dr Lynne enjoys working carefully through every symptom to find the thread that connects them all, helping pet families finally understand what their pet is going through.
Whether she’s investigating a sudden case of ataxia (that's the medical term for when a pet becomes wobbly or uncoordinated) or ruling out an envenomation (snake bite), Dr Lynne is serious about ‘getting to the bottom of it’.
We’re all human, and Lynne is no exception. She’s the first to admit she gets so "in the zone" with her patients that she completely loses track of the clock.
We often have to remind her to step away for a quick break, where you'll usually find her with some leftover McDonald’s and apple juice.
Some things we’ve come to know about Lynne:
Did you know that Dr Lynne is often sought out to help provide veterinary services to clients in Mandarin?
We’re incredibly proud to be able to offer this service to our Mandarin-speaking pet families and help them feel supported and understood in their own language.
One thing we admire most about Lynne is her humility. Her philosophy is simple: you are the expert on your own pet.

Dr Lynne believes that pet parents know their pets better than anyone. When something doesn’t feel right, she listens carefully—because those instincts often matter more than we realise. |
If you feel something isn’t right, Dr Lynne takes that seriously. In fact, she often says that when a pet parent is worried, that’s the moment she becomes worried too.
Because the best medicine always starts with listening. So next time you’re in the clinic, please say hello to Dr Lynne—a brilliant clinician, a kind human, and a veterinarian who truly cares.
